We define stress as follows: Too much of something (physical, chemical or mental/emotional) that you do NOT need and/or too little of something (physical, chemical and/or emotional that you DO need!.

When you begin to understand what is and what is not a stressor (by coming to our class!), then it becomes much easier to achieve excellent health.
